In this fast paced world, we tend to push ourselves, which can make our health go south. And that at a time when we need it in strong shape!

After trying lots of different things to make sure my body was able to keep up with my ambition, I finally learned that I don't need to follow any new health trend, but that I need to trust my gut. 

​

I love food, so my focus is on how to make food work for you and the influence that stress and your gut have on each other, and on your immune system!

​

Even though I grew up in family of doctors that were educated in both Western and Eastern schools, I was still surprised to learn how easy it is to start eating intuitively with Traditional Chinese Nutrition Theory. And on how quickly I felt so much better. 


Based on more than 5000 years of experience, Chinese Nutrition looks at how you feel after eating a certain food. Analysing the person, instead of analysing the food.

You'll quickly find that eating according to what you need will give you more energy, a better balance and a peaceful belly.
